Why we exist
A business owner doesn't need one more number in a monthly report. They need someone who says in good time what's coming.
A smaller company usually has three providers: an accountant, someone for HR matters, and an agency or intermediary for permits. Each does their part correctly. The trouble starts at the joins – where the contract doesn't match the registration, where a permit expires while something else is being sorted, or where nobody mentions that the client in Germany will withhold 15 percent of the invoice.
P Kontis exists so the owner doesn't have to cover those joins personally. We run all four areas under one roof, with one person who knows what is happening in each of them.
We work with sole traders and limited companies, mostly in construction, installation, transport and services. What they have in common is people out on jobs – often in another country.
Our work is grounded in accuracy, responsibility and an understanding of the business owner. With years of experience in accounting, HR procedures and documentation for work abroad, we adapt our workflow and communication to each company, handle data discreetly and reliably, and build every collaboration as a long-term partnership.
